	Our Partners: Our senior-level partners combine extensive backgrounds in psychology, business practice, & organizational development with complementary perceptive & engaging consultative styles. Barbara Strand, Ph.D. is a Certified Management Consultant, author, & speaker, is listed in Who's Who in Finance & Industry, is a clinical psychologist, and maintains a significant pro-bono presence in a number of social and charitable organizations. She is a member of the FEMA Emergency Response Team (involved in the counselling efforts in the aftermath of the 9/11 disasters), led multi-cultural executive workshops co-sponsored by the Clinton administration in Mexico post-NAFTA, and was co-leader of Personal Web Page Help for Prodigy Internet. She also leads our Meeting Facilitation initiative. Graciella Clausen, Ph.D. also is a well-known author and speaker who maintains a psychotherapy practice in Westchester County, N.Y. and served as a member of the FEMA ERT as well. In addition to her organizational development work, Graciella is our resident 'Geek Goddess^TM' and with Barbara, does most of our web design and strategy work for our subsidiary, Moonlake CyberSmiths. Graciella pioneered our Political Strategy Center. Jon Fassler, Ph.D. brings his background in business and organizational psychology, marketing and advertising, and political campaigns to inform our strategic planning efforts internationally, with an emphasis on crisis re-engineering and merger dynamics. Andy DeBosch, in addition to his highly effective platform skills, brings a unique insight into curriculum design to our training initiatives. He is also our high-tech guru, programmer, and tech trainer, that rare combination of a talented nerd with great people skills.
